Our client is one of Australia's leading and are based at Rhodes close to public transport. Due to work volumes increasing, an opportunity now exists for an experienced Mortgage Settlements Officer to join their team.



As a Mortgage Settlements Officer, you will complete all necessary processes for verifying mortgage and securities documentation for residential applications. You will ensure that all documents have been executed correctly and any special conditions are included. You will also arrange settlement instructions, calculate fees and be a point of contact for external stakeholders.



To be successful in this role, you require a strong background in mortgage settlements and documentation. You will be a hard worker with an ability to multi-task and manage your time well. This is a high volume environment that requires impeccable attention to detail.
