A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to work for global blue chip company in the heart of the CBD. We are currently seeking a Senior Payroll Manager to work within a shared services environment. The environment is fast paced, very high volume and requires the ability to manage a team of approximately 20 staff.



You will be responsible for the day to day operations across all areas of the payroll function. The role will require you to ensure that an extremely high level of quality of service is delivered across the board.



In order to successfully perform this role you must have previous experience in a similar high volume environment and must be able to deliver on the team management and development. Prior extensive knowledge of payroll legislation and process improvement is also a key part of the role. The successful candidate must be able to provide strategic payroll advice and come across as a credible individual when it comes to payroll, super and awards.
