This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to undertake a consultancy style contract and provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior executives.



Reporting to the Senior HR Director, you will review the existing HR structure, and provide guidance on a range of strategic HR matters include Capability and Workforce Development, Staffing Strategies, HR policies and People Governance issues.



Utilising your previous experience in senior HR roles, you will act in a consultative manner in identifying any areas of risk to the business, strategies for addressing any areas for concern and providing a level of comfort to the Senior Executive.



While this opportunity exists within a public sector environment, you may not necessarily come from a traditional government background. Your previous experience in large organisations and communicating with influence will ensure your success in this role.



In return you will have the opportunity to act as a trusted advisor to the Executive and be compensated well for expertise and experience.
