Key Qualification


Per business demand, be allocated to a project to perform a certain role, mainly will be an operations role on production capacity planning, manufacturing and ! materials readiness to meet product development schedule milestones Under project led by Operations leader/DRI, work closely with entire cross- functional team, such as Engineering, Quality and Contract Manufacturing teams to ensure on time delivery and supply chain capacity



Description


Ensure continuity of production supply, driving necessary and timely actions for potential supply issues Track and report status of vendor to project operations team and different levels of management Extensive travel is required



Additional Requirement


Experiences 3+ years and above in Product/Program Management and ! manufacturing/supply chain operation experiences Have an aptitude for acquiring skills Pleasant personality, passion for taking on new challenges and able to work under pressure Have strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships to influence cross-functional teams



Job Summary


Ops Specialists are primarily providing support to Operations team for new project introduction, mass production, procurement and manufacturing development execution at FATPs and OEM Module suppliers in China
