Job Description



As the Operations Lead he is responsible for all applications within the client suite of applications and is directly responsible for application maintenance and support. The Operations Lead is responsible to manage the quality of their work, manage the team 's financials and mix to targets, and drive the overall people management within the team. This role may also manage service delivery team leads when relevant.



Key responsibilities include:

• Management and oversight of all client application domains across both onshore (Melbourne) and offshore (Bangalore India)

• Provide/Manage support to include incident, problem, known error, and service request management, batch operations, and break-fix

• Service Management & SLA Management

• Client & Stakeholder Management

• Executive Reporting

• Weekly Status Reporting



• Bachelors Degree
