Able to monitor AppleCare OEM manufacturer process yield rate, operation compliance, calibration& maintains and shipping performance and able to develop OEM's engineer/partner capability

Able to involve continuous improvement against field complaints, non-compliance and initiate routine internal audits

Able to involve new product launch and line qualification and facility group on data collection, change control& notification and host some activities on yield improvement or provide data communication service

Provide supporting to problem solving technics, deployment & follow up at capacity planning or non-confirming material;

Provide engineering justification to applecare internal engineering initiates



Key Qualifications

• 8 years working experience, 5 years quality management experience at electrics consumer products. have project management experience is plus


• Familiar with quality tools utilisation in data collection, process control via SQC, SPC, able to use DOE and six sigma been certified is plus


• Have internal audit experience and familiar with electrical products manufacturing process, engineering background is plus


• Able to adapt to frequent travel


• Fluent oral & written english and familiar with office software

Description



Provide technical direction and guidance to OEM quality team. Develop OEM supplier to meet quality goals and drive for improvements against field complaints

Conduct internal audits and establish discovery audit procedures. Monitor each supplier performance through measurement of production line statistics

Participates in the new product line setup and qualification process. Assess supplier & quality programs, change control & notification system in place & well compliance

Drive CONQ reduction in operation through active reduction in product field returns

Host routine regular review with supplier and trigger management alert on adverse quality situation

Provide full supports to an assigned area of production/service request

Monitor compliance to Rohs, Safety, Environment Re Regulatory requiremen
