This SME business based close to Melbourne CBD are currently seeking to recruit a HR Advisor on a permanent basis. With 300 staff nationally, you will become the main HR point of contact and will report to the Managing Director.



You will be responsible for the full range of HR duties, including providing HR advice to managers across the business, recruitment and onboarding of new staff, HR compliance, continued development of HR policies and procedures and award interpretation. You will be involved in all HR projects as they arise.



To be successful for this position, you will have a similar background in a standalone HR position working within a small to medium organisation. You will be hands on in your HR approach as well as having an interest in business strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make the role their own.
