Known within the niche industries of Oil & Gas, Defence, Manufacturing, Mining and global professional business services companies their continued growth has now led to the requirement for a commercial minded PA with extensive marketing and events experience.



Working very closely to the Group Business Director you will be almost psychic when it comes to pre-empting a daily schedule and take full responsibility for the GBD's diary management. Having the foresight to coordinate international travel with potential client meetings you will also be open to interstate travel when required for business meetings. Also responsible for screening and management of correspondence you will ensure timely administration for presentations, reports and bid and tender documents.



Used to wearing many different hats in your role you will also manage the marketing area including the creation and updating of marketing collateral, website and social media development and coordination of events and trade shows.



You will be a Senior Administrator looking for a step up into a 2IC level position or you will be a EA/PA looking to work with a business who will hold your skills in great esteem.
