Project Manager

Project Manager required to oversee Construction of a new build mixed use scheme in the Beckenham area. Project is a Traditional build scheme consisting of 22 Flats plus 2 commercial units located in Central Beckenham. Project is currently 4 weeks from site therefore the successful candidate will control the project for the full duration.



As project manager you will be fully responsible for the scheme reporting to a senior contracts manager. You will amongst other things Review and amend the existing programme, assist the QS with Sub-contract selection, Once on site Manage/co-ordinate the subcontractors and in-house tradesman, ensure drawings are being followed, quality control, H&S, Chair monthly site meetings with all key parties and generally ensure the project is running smoothly and as close to time and budget as possible.



This is an immediate need; interested candidates will need a clear background of Site/Project managing similar schemes, ideally with a man contractor. As well as holding valid 1st Aid, CSCS & SMSTS qualifications you will also need to be able to commute to Beckenham daily and be willing to commit for the duration of the scheme
