If you are a senior HR professional with entrepreneurship and open to work at a local private-owned company with more delegation and authorization granted, here is an amazing opportunity you can go for a try!

This is a group company with the integration of fabric & garment design, development, production and sale (which is their main business) as well as property management. The group has 5 manufacturing bases in China, and rep offices in New York and Hong Kong.

Now an influential HR Director is in need to be based in the Corporate Head Office in Shanghai. You are supposed to reinforce the entire HR system, to initiate and implement HR management projects, to streamline HR policy and process according to local labour law and regulations, and to provide strategic HR consultation in organization capability and talent development for the senior management team.

For this role, you must have 15+ years working experience, ideally in a GROUP company overseeing different entities/ sub companies. You need to have at least 5 years' experience as HR Head leading a team of no less than 10 people, reporting directly to Business Head. From corporate culture perspective, ideally your previous background in some private-owned company of similar size will make it easier for you to adapt to the new environment and to succeed in fast track. Your strong capability to communicate with high efficiency and work under high pressure will be tested to this exciting and challenging role.
