A NSW government department is looking to take on an exceptional Project Manager who is an expert at business process mapping on an initial 6 month contract. You will be leading a records management project which will look to reduce the amount of paper storage across the agency over the next 12 months and drive cost efficiencies.



In this role you will be tasked with designing and implementing the strategies and procedures which will be essential to manage the process of the transfer of paper documents to an electronic database. This process will involve exceptional stakeholder engagement, clear communication strategies, business process mapping and re-design, exceptional knowledge of TRIM, project management and influencing skills.



You will also be required to carry out end user testing to ensure the new process is working smoothly as well as revising the existing policy and process manuals to comply with the new procedures. In addition you will also be responsible for the procurement of services and contract management.



In order to be considered for this position you will need to have a relevant tertiary qualification, recent state government experience, have worked on a similar project previously preferably for a state government department and be an expert user of excel and TRIM.
