A Leading Insurer in Singapore is looking to hire a Senior Health Claims Assessor to be part of the Group and New Business Team.



You will be responsible in handling all insurance claims assessment. You will also provide customer service initiative and projects to improve claims management.



You will handle and process claims to ensure that they are paid accurately and promptly. You will also review pending claims, liaise with hospitals, clinics, policy holders and life planners to obtain accurate and timely information. Excellent customer service is critical to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and regular reviews is necessary to improve claims management.



You possess excellent education qualification, at least 2 years of insurance claims experience is ideal, strong communication skills plus you are meticulous and analytical is desirable.
