Our client, a federal government organisation, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to assist in the implementation of a new HRIS system for their organisation. This integration is part of an overall transformation of the business with IT underpinning the strategic objective.



You will be a proven track record implementing Human Resources or Payroll systems with the ability to recognise the processes and enabling technologies that are involved in executing a systems implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands on approach in liaising with the business and have previous experience working in complex environments.



Your role will include managing internal SMEs who will be contributing to the project as well as proactively managing risks, issues and dependencies. You will have control of estimated budgets of around $1m so prior experience in preparing detailed project financials and budgeting will be highly desirable.
