We are delighted to announce that multiple retail permanent positions have become available with this dynamic high street fashion brand and we are currently looking for highly experienced retail specialists who come from a strong apparel and high street fashion background. You must be driven, passionate about excellence, entrepreneurial, highly commercial, truly understand how the consumer thinks and most importantly, how to lead a team to success and generate sales and revenue.



The following exciting new permanent opportunities are available:



2 x Brand Managers/Large Retail Store Managers - $70k + super
You will be a seasoned senior retail manager with multi-site experience where you have managed large teams of people 60+. You will have gained experience leading a retail business and team to success in the high street fashion area. You will be responsible for recruitment, training, staff performance, shrinkage, payroll, rosters and making sure that you dynamic store hits the numbers expected of this amazing brand which is new to Perth. We have an opening in both women's and ladies fashion.



2/3 x Deputy Brand Managers/2IC/Assistant Store Manager - $50k-$55k + super
We are looking for highly experienced retail store assistant managers who are passionate about people and highly operational, leading by example on the shop floor. Ideally you will come from a high street fashion brand and have a passion for excellence at all levels. You will be responsible for organising the staff rosters, ensure that kpi's and targets are being hit, along with training, developing and coaching your team to success. There will be several team leaders who report into you so we are looking for someone who have managed large teams of people



Visual Mechandiser - $60k-$65k + super
We are looking for a talent and original visual merchandiser who can do alot more that dress a window. The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen and understand exactly 'what is hot, and what is not' so that they can showcase the best fashion lines which will literally fly off the racks. You will be adept at questioning if the right fashion line is on display and most importantly 'is it selling?'. You will be responsible for proactively generating revenue by enticing potential customers into the store through your visual merchandising
