Senior Site manager

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of the regions largest and most respected Main Contractors on a new build Residential scheme in Brighton. Project is a 35 Unit Timber Frame scheme being constructed for a housing association. Currently at Groundwork stage the successful candidate will take the project through to completion before moving on to one of many similar schemes in The Sussex or South Kent area.



As senior site Manager you will have complete control of the project reporting to a senior contracts manager and working with a site team including a project QS and assistant site manager. You will be responsible for all aspects of project management including short term programming, sub-contract management, quality control, Health & safety and generally ensuring the project team and the external subbies are working together as one.



Interested candidates will need a strong Main contracting background, be based in the Kent/Sussex Region and have some experience of timber frame Residential schemes. Previous experience of HA schemes is also a benefit. SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications are also Essential.



This is an immediate requirement due to an unforeseen retirement - A rare opportunity to join one of the Regions best known contractors.
