KYC Manager - Global Financial Service Provider



A large Global Financial Service Provider is looking for a dedicated professional to manage the KYC and AML policies and processes in the 1st line of defence.

The Client;



A leading global financial services provider with offices spread across Europe, Asia and the US. They deal with asset management, private equity, hedge fund administration and a number of other financial services. They are looking for someone with previous management experience coupled with a broad understanding of KYC and AML policies and procedures.



The Role;



The primary objective of the role is to act as the most senior point within the financial services provider in relation to KYC and related AML responsibilities. This will be done to ensure the highest levels of due diligence are carried out across the business in a professional and driven manor. The main responsibilities include;



* Act as Senior Manager within the financial services provider, ensuring that all questions and queries posed by stakeholders are answered in a timely manner.

* Supervision of all training of KYC professionals within the financial services provider, making certain that all the necessary training is completed. This will be done by overseeing the current training practices while also creating relevant new training modules, ensuring finally that the entire process is recorded.

* Work in tandem with other managers within the financial services provider to create and execute new clients and also renewal of previous clients. This will be done to ensure that the entire client database operates in line with the new policies and procedures being implemented.

* Formulating daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Taking further action where necessary.

* Assisting the Managing Director with Audit and AML Compliance reviews.

* Provide effective and efficient risk management and control.



The Candidate;



The successful candidate will be a driven, organised professional with experience in KYC, AML and management.

* A highly motivated professional who has a proven track record of managing teams, ideally across different locations.

* 5 years + experience within AML, KYC, client onboarding. Previous operations experience would be of added benefit.

* Previous management experience with the financial services required.

* A Bachelor's degree is a minimum academic requirement, master's degree and above would be preferential.

* Confident in dealing with both external and internal client relating issues.

£50000.00 - £80000.00 per annum
