Transaction Processing Manager

My client is one of the top 3 organisations in Ireland and are rapidly expanding their business worldwide.



Due to this expansion they have a newly created role for a Transaction Processing Manager within their SSC.



This candidate will have responsibility for 60+ staff (AP & Payroll) and work with their outsourced providers to implement best practices. The successful candidate will help facilitate the entry into new global markets and help introduce a new cultural change into the team. You will need to have extensive experience in reviewing KPI's, conducting reviews and implementing controls in line with company policy.



You will need to have 4-5 year's SSC experience in a managerial position in a finance function. You will also need to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills as this role will be a demanding but exciting role.
