This is a great opportunity for those Learning and Development specialists who enjoy undertaking the full training cycle of Training Needs Analysis, Creating/Designing and delivery of Training Programmes and Training Evaluation to determine Return on Expectation/Investment.
This will include the provision of a professional service through offering learning and development support and advice to staff and managers; to contribute to the wider organisational development projects; to lead delivery of training and development events; to develop new policies and procedures in line with service strategy and plans; to provide service development in relation to the implementation of mentoring framework schemes and to act as a senior member of the team, supporting the team to meet its objectives and timescales in its provision of advice and guidance to customers through the provision of training, development and coaching.
Candidates interested in this position should have good organisational skills to meet deadlines and priorities, can demonstrate broad based administrative experience in a professional or specialist service in a large complex organisation, have worked with complex data base systems and or extracting, analysing and interpreting data to produce reports and presenting information to others.
Have a first degree or can demonstrate equivalent experience; evidence of continuous professional development and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
