We have a new opportunity for an experienced Property professional to join a well established property consultancy. The ideal candidate will hold a qualification in a Property related discipline, have a minimum of 1 year Lettings experience in Ireland, be self motivated, enthusiastic and be able to hit the ground running. Membership to SCSI would be an advantage.



Some of the duties included in this role are:

Manage a portfolio of commercial, industrial and retail properties across Dublin and Leinster area

Advertise properties and arrange viewings

Conduct Tenant screening and ensure full compliance with all documentation

Property inspections, assessment and renewals

Manage contractor maintenance and repairs across properties

Financial management - monitor bank accounts, budgets, expenses and service charges

Maintain up to date records and files for all properties

Manage portfolio and ensure budgets are achieved
