A well respected and mid tier developer and builder in Sydney, this reputable organisation has a proven track record in the delivery high quality benchmark projects all over the Sydney Region. They have an attractive array portfolio consisting of residential, commercial, retail and industrial projects.



Due to an increase in workload and a new project starting there is an exciting and full time role available for an experienced HSEQ Advisor for a large commercial project in local Sydney. This is a great opportunity to manage a busy and interesting site and utilise your skills in HSEQ and Building Construction. The primary function of the role is to manage all HSEQ aspects of the project from inception to completion. This would be a great project to have on your CV as you'll be there from the start and get the chance to see the successful delivery of all phases of construction and HSEQ implementation. Reporting into the Project Manager you will liaise with internal and external staff/stakeholders on a day to day basis.



To be considered for this role it is paramount to have strong commercial experience ideally within retail on projects of a value of up to $30million. Possessing strong commercial experience you will also have vast exposure to concrete structures and cranes. You will have successfully run projects on your own and have a good understanding of AS4801, ISO9001 and 140001 as well as relevant qualifications in WHS and Quality.
