Servicing the mining industries across Australia, our client is a dynamic company that is conveniently located on the Outer Southside of Brisbane. The key to their success lies in the professionalism and quality in which the organisation operates.
Due to an increase in workload, our client is currently seeking a temporary Marketing and Sales Administrator to support the National Marketing and Sales Manager along with the busy Sales and Marketing department. Your professionalism, ability to multi-task and perform under pressure along with your experience in the industrial industry, marketing and strong Microsoft excel skills will be the key to your success within this role.
Reporting to the National Sales and Marketing Manger the successful applicant will be responsible for diary management, event co-ordination, contacting existing companies through EDM, marketing assistance, daily reporting and ad hoc administrative support for the Sales and Marketing team. You will be required to perform advanced functions on Microsoft Excel therefore an understanding of V-Lookups, Macros and Pivot Tables is essential.
The Sales and Marketing department is a high volume and busy environment which requires excellent attention to detail and patience. A proven background within sales or marketing administration is essential along with solid general administration experience. You will be required to perform advanced functions on MicrosoftExcel therefore an understanding of V-Lookups, Macros and Pivot Tables is essential.
