Goal-oriented General Affairs Manager (Office Manager)

Our client is a leading Financial Group that provides a wide range of private banking services. They have a growing operation in Japan and are looking for top talent to manage their new offices.





You will be responsible for smooth business operation through a variety of General Affairs and Administrative initiatives, as well as overseeing office expansion and office moves.You will have overall responsibility for site budgets,maintenance and operations, contract services, tax reports, purchasing of material, equipment and supplies. Experience with accounting practices is a must. You will also plan and support corporate events, manage site safety and health, and arrange non-IT services such as telephones and company cars.



You will lead a small team and communicate regularly with top corporate interests. Responsibility and reliability are key. You have a strong background in Facility Management/Office Management, Project Management, Leadership and/or General Affairs, with 20 years' experience in Office Administration. Your organization, leadership, responsiveness and creativity will be strong assets.Business-level English is required.
