This leading FMCG business is well known for its fantastic culture & benefits to employees; now recruiting a Personal Assistant within their marketing division in the Sydney office.



Supporting two 'Head's Of' within Trade and Business Development you will provide exceptional PA support in the form of; diary management, travel coordination, preparation of presentations, expense management and preparation & upkeep of reports.

Working within a network of PA's you must have exceptional interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work as a team with a forward thinking, proactive mindset to continually look at process improvements as a team.



To be successful in this role you must be an experienced PA, ideally having worked in a similar industry. FMCG experience will be highly advantageous and give you the edge in this exciting role.



You will be an energetic and positive individual with an ambitious and motivated attitude, ideally suited to a fast paced and dynamic environment. In addition you will be extremely professional with exceptional written communication skills.



In return you will be rewarded with a fantastic work environment in a highly sought after industry where your opinion & ideas will be valued. This is a 12 month fixed term contract so you must be happy to commit to this.
