This Melbourne based, commercial and construction contractor is lead by a successful team of directors. They're a well established contractor operating successfully across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial and industrial.



Due to increased work, my client is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their successful team. On the back of continually delivering projects on time, they have developed a long list of repeat blue chip clients with project values up to $10 million.



Reporting to the director, as the Contract Administrator you will be responsible for preparation of documentation for the project file, establish, maintain and update all correspondence in a recorded file, obtain all permits and construction documentation, Liaising with sub contractors to obtain the most competitive prices, issuing sub contract orders, prepare financial reports and continually liaise with client to keep them updated with the project progress.



You will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Contract Administrator working for a main contractor within the commercial sector. You will have a bachelor in construction management along with a strong understanding of construction contracts and laws around them. Excellent written and verbal communication with people at all levels. An excellent time manager along with the ability to work to deadlines.
