Site Manager

Tonbridge, United Kingdom, GB - Construction

Site manger required by leading National contractor to work in the Kent region - Initial project will be a £3 million New build Health centre in the Ashford area which is due on site within 6 weeks. Future projects will be a Mixture of Residential and commercial schemes ranging from £2 - 8 Million.



As site manager you will have gained significant experience of running your own projects and be comfortable overseeing the H&S, Package management, weekly/Monthly reporting and co-ordinating the surveying, procurement, design & Construction site based representatives.



Well developed communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to build and develop relationships with clients and effectively manage and review the performance of the subcontract workforce.



Interested candidates will be educated to HNC level in a construction related discipline, be fully computer literate and hold First Aid, SMSTS & CSCS Manager qualifications.
