This leading not for profit organisation is at the forefront of delivering invaluable health services to the community. Due to funding changes and predicted organisational growth, this client is looking for a professional HR analyst to provide both strategic and operational information to senior management.
Reporting into the GM P&C this role will see you contribute to the development of the organisation by providing sound HR metrics reporting on attrition, retention, recruitment, organisational profiling and much more.
As an innovative thinker you will integrate workforce analytics into systems and processes. Your advanced excel skills and ability to analyse trends and provide insights into HR data and metrics to improve operational performance is essential.
Additionally you will possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, workforce planning, headcount and recruitment reporting and analysis.
With proven professional experience, you will have a strong desire to work as a part of the team to create positive change in a diverse and uplifting environment.
