Salaried Practice Partner - Agriculture

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Agricultural specialist accountancy practice, which are on the lookout for a business development minded partner to grow their Northamptonshire office.



The business as a whole employ over 80 people and have recently acquired a local Northamptonshire practice as part of their expansion.



With its growth going to plan, they are now looking for someone experienced with clients in the agricultural sector in the East Midlands or East of England to help capitalise on the demand in this niche market and push the business forward. The services they offer are broad - tax, tax planning, IFA, wealth, accounts, bookkeeping and audit and the business are open to hearing from anyone with any range of expertise in these areas.



It is expected you will have achieved your ACA/ACCA/ATT with substantial post qualified experience in a practice environment. They would also be welcome to look at an existing business owner in way of acquisition.



The role is initially for that of a salaried partner, paying circa £90,000 per year with a realistic opportunity to become an equity partner before long.
