Senior Bid Co-ordinator



A permanent opportunity has arisen to work within a global company based in Godalming as a Senior Bids Co-ordinator. This position allows you to join an exciting and experienced team, supporting the Bid Director and Manager.



You will provide administrative support on a daily basis and also support in Bid development and submission. This involves formatting and proofreading, co-ordinating internal review and approvals and production of final submissions.

You will also be responsible for scheduling diaries ensuring conflicting priorities are met.



The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and composed individual, capable of working in a team and using their own initiative.



In order to be considered for this position you should have the following:

Minimum of 3 years experience working on Bid Co-ordination,

Advanced use of Microsoft packages, as well as data collation and distribution.
