Supply Chain Business Operations Analyst

This role resides within Enterprise Group Americas Supply Chain - Order Fulfillment – Focus Accounts and will Directly support a limited number of HPs top 25 enterprise customers directly and/or with the HP direct sales team. Additionally, the role will work with numerous internal supply chain teams as well as sales operations. The position is a combination of problem solving, tactical operational activities, and cross functional collaboration. Daily functions will require heavy use of SAP (ERP system).



Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales teams and customers through supply chain teams via order management functions within SAP (ERP system)


• Manage new orders within SAP to allow new product validation and test. Including end to end management and order cancellation when directed.


• Manage all orders end-to-end for a particular customer


• Work material, technical (CID), and SAP fallout issues with order deliveries to allow on time shipments to customers.


• Proactively manage customers SKU and/or product constraints to effectively meet customer SLAs


• Manipulate Focus Account backlog within SAP to support changes with material supply.


• Ensure order books are updated daily and all requests for information are met in a timely fashion

QUALIFICATIONS:

• First level university degree required – or close to graduating


• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.


• Natural ability to solve problems, identify solutions, and initiate resolution


• Good Interpersonal skills


• Ability to manage workload in a stressful environment and within tight deadlines


• Basic Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)


• Basic understanding of Project Management Methodology


• Familiarity with SAP or an ERP system is beneficial but not essential
