Senior Change Analyst - Financial Services



My high-profile financial services client is seeking an experienced Senior Change Analyst to be responsible for the development and delivery of all change management activities across a large programme of work.



Reporting to the Senior Change Manager working in an agile environment, you will be responsible for providing a variety of change management tasks in the delivery of several technology related projects. You will be required to support and participate in the development and execution of the change strategy and support the Senior Change Managers across the programme. Core activities will focus on managing Change, Implementation and Communication to ensure business readiness to follow new processes and utilisation of new systems.



You will be a career Change professional who prides yourself on your communication and presentation skills. Your track record will demonstrate experience of having delivered Change activities on large-scale transformation programmes ideally within a financial services organisation. In addition, you will have a strong background working in an agile environment working on implementations of new operating models. Along with your best-in-class analysis skills you will have excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels and have a deep understanding of business strategy.
