This recognisable global brand is established in a number of countries worldwide and is recognised as the leader in their field. A 12 month contract role has become available for a HR generalist to support the employee relations needs of the business.



Reporting into the HR Manager you will be responsible for supporting across recruitment, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, training, and the coordination, delivery and support of HR processes. You will provide support to leaders and employees on employee relations issues, effectively applying and interpreting HR policy and procedures and will support performance management meetings when needed. You will coordinate recruitment, providing training to new employees, and assist the HR manager in global policy implementation. As part of a small HR team administration will form a large part of your role and you will be responsible for all general HR record keeping, HR reporting and contract administration.



To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 2 - 3 years HR administration or coordination experiences ideally gained from a multi-national organisations. You will need a minimum Cert IV in Human Resources and will have excellent administration skills. You will need to be happy to undertake the administrative elements of the role and be the key external contact for the HR department. Excellent communication skills are needed as is the ability to use your initiative and work autonomously.
