Our client, a leader in the travel industry, is seeking a Human Resources Manager for their Gold Coast Office. With a growing brand and constant expansion, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager to work for a company that can offer growth and professional progression.



Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be required to assist the business to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business unit objectives, performance management and continual improvement.



Working within a close knit senior management team, you will need to be professional, confident and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment, and will be responsible for providing advice on all HR elements including IR, ER and EB agreements.



To be successful in the role you will have a formal HR qualification, understanding of relevant legislation, regulations and enterprise agreements, extensive demonstrated experience gained within a similar environment and in return you will enjoy partnering with the business to help them achieve their commercial goals. Please note this role will not be commencing until January 2015.
