This large, heavily regulated commercial firm with a strong asset base are seeking an ambitious and suitably qualified Senior Financial Accountant to join their large, dynamic team. Working from pleasant and easy to reach offices , this company offers a supportive management structure as well a flexible approach to work life balance.



In this role you will have financial control responsibility for month /year end reporting including writing commentaries & board reports.You will be a key contact for senior managers for the Financial Accounting area, liaising regularly with internal & external stakeholders, which can include acting as lead for external company auditors. You will be responsible for initiating new procedures and policies within the financial control area, you will also lead, manage and develop staff within the Tax and Assets team.



To be suitable, you will be CA Qualified, perhaps looking to make your first or second move from professional practice. You will have strong financial accounting skills, be highly technical and up to date with accounting standards. Tax and Fixed Assets knowledge would also be desirable . You will have excellent written and spoken communications skills and be able to build positive relationships with your stakeholders.
