Associate PV Manager (Korean & English language skilled)

This globally recognised CRO is looking for a people-orientated Associate PhV Manager to boost staff performance.



In this role as a supervisor to Pharmacovigilance (PhV) staff who are responsible for adverse event/ICSR processing and PhV systems, you will take charge of project resource assignments, staff hiring, training, personal development and staff terminations. For staff personal development, you will ensure staff have been trained on and are following required Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), FDA and ICH guidelines and regulations, Working Instructions and project instructions. In addition, you will assist in assuring corporate and departmental quality, financial and productivity targets are achieved.



To be considered for this role, you should be Korean & English language skilled and expert in Pharmacovigilance & safety surveillance. We also expect you will demonstrate a portfolio of excellent skills such as staff management, project management, influencing etc.



For managers of support staff, you will have Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent in health science or other directly related field and 3 years clinical research experience in a CRO or pharma, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience; For managers of medical staff, Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent and 4 years Pharmacovigilance experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
