This leading property development company continues to experience growth across their national operations. Having recently opened a Brisbane office to manage an enormous QLD development they require the skills and expertise of a Diligent Marketing Coordinator.
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the initiation of innovative marketing strategies. This will include but is not limited to establishing brand awareness for the Brisbane business, identify market segments for projects, manage all communication and PR, manage external suppliers, maintenance of CRM and any general administrative or ad-hoc projects.
As the successful incumbent of the role you will have a solid working history as a marketing coordinator coupled with a tertiary qualification in marketing. You will have exceptional communication and organisational skills to ensure you manage multiple project deadlines. You will have a natural creative flare with strong project management skills ideally from Property Development.
