Our client from the hospitality industry operates is currently seeking for an experienced HR Manager to join their rapidly growing business here in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the Regional HR Director, your role as the HR Manager will be to lead the HR team and handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development and employee relations. You will also help to manage the HRM systems and provide HR advices for overseas operations.
The ideal candidate will be at least 8 years of HR work experience gained from sizable organisations, ideally from hospitality, tourism or service related industries. Regional exposure will be a plus for the role. You will possess fluent English and Chinese communication skills and capable to lead and handle fast-paced work environment. Candidates should also be willing to work on Saturdays and at the Hong Kong Airport in Tung Chung area.
