Customer Relationship Management Officer (3 Year Contract)



An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Relationship Management Officer within a prominent public sector organisation is Sydney's West. This key ro006Ce is based within the organisations newly created economic development team



As part of this role the Customer Relationship Management Officer is required to identify potential investors and developers that should be attracted in developing partnerships with the organisation. You will also be required to implement creative strategies to attract further investment opportunities.



Candidates interested in this post should demonstrate excellent experience in research and analysis. You will be required to synthesize economic data and trends, to integrate with the organisations overall policies and corporate plans.



We are seeking candidates with strong relationship management skills and demonstrable Project Management experience. Project Team Management and Influencing and Negotiation capabilities are also a requirement of this role.



Suitable tertiary qualifications within a Business or Marketing discipline are required. An MBA qualification will be highly regarded.
