Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical company who supply the health care industry with vitamins, nutrition and other products. This company is known not only for taking care of their clients, but also for taking care of their employees.
Due to growth in the company a position has become available for an experienced administrative assistant to join their busy but friendly team. This person will report to the sales and marketing manager, and will provide administrative support to both the sales and marketing teams.
To be successful for this position you MUST be fluent in both English and Chinese Mandarin. You must also have previous administrative and customer service experience, as the position involves answering phones and emails, raising invoices and creating accounts. Experience with MYOB is preferable.
