Our client is looking for a talented Relationship Manager to manage a busy and diversified portfolio of business banking clients across multiple sectors.



The most important function of the role is to maintain and enhance the clients overall experience, thus leading to increased levels of client satisfaction and retention. This will be achieved by increasing the product penetration levels by recommending the banks broader range of products and services.



This role will require someone with previous experience from within banking, accounting, membership bodies or associations as well as previous client liaison experience and ideally experience in the areas of cash management and transaction services. In addition to the strong product knowledge, you will ideally be familiar with commercial lending as well as relevant tertiary qualifications.
