This is an opportunity for a Fresh College interested on working as a resource to work alongside other experts in the company to contribute at both strategic and tactical levels as Developer Engineer in Development Services global team for HP's projects.



You will contribute with technical and business knowledge expertise to design, implement and support integrated IT/Business solutions for HP company.



This position is required to work on projects of diverse scope related to technologies, where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of various factors.



QUALIFICATIONS:



Skills and Characteristics:



* 1 year of experience (Maximum)



* Strong understanding on Systems concepts.



* A good knowledge of database modeling.



* Knowledge on the various stages of the software development life cycle.



* Have good conceptual understanding of business processes.



* Excellent attitude facing new challenges.



* Ability to manage situations that are continuously changing, demonstrate flexibility



* Excellent written communication skills in English language are essential for documenting work and



developing project plans and procedures for database maintenance.



Desired additional skills:



* Relevant certifications preferred.



* A good knowledge of a wide variety of development software (Java, .Net, etc.)



* Sound communication skills with the ability to communicate with people from multiple cultures and



technical knowledge levels.



* Ability to communicate complex technical solutions completely over the telephone and via email.
