Essential Job Functions
- Manages team accountability for delivering solutions that meet client requirements and for achieving company profitability goals.
- Manages staff assigned to their portion of client engagements.
- Manages projects and delivers products and services to clients.
- Contributes significant industry expertise and understanding of client business.
- Establishes and articulates innovations and growth opportunities for clients and the company.
- Establishes credibility with client management.
- Plays key role in managing client relationships, influencing expectations and ensuring satisfaction in areas of responsibility.
- Grows and counsels consultants in areas of expertise (industry, delivery, sales).
- Identifies value for client by providing leadership and influencing direction and innovation.
- Develops an understanding of the client business challenges and helps formulate solutions for client needs.
- Review resource utilization, operations review, budgets, expense tracking, resource planning, subcontractor management, utilization tracking, internal systems and approvals, financial analysis.
- Focuses on account expansion and revenue generation. May have project profit and loss responsibility.
- Assists in developing, modifying and executing company policies.
- Acts as the liaison with operations and resource management. Assists in deploying resources to support business needs.
- Provides leadership and work guidance to personnel on assigned accounts.
- Selects and hires employees.
- Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product.
- Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions.
- Motivates and rewards employees including providing salary increases, bonuses and promotions within allocated budgets and company guidelines.
- Provides input to operating and personnel budgets for approval.
- Monitors spending for adherence to budget, recommends variances as necessary

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications- Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Twelve or more years of industry or client relationship experience
- Seven or more years managing people included
- Five or more years of relevant consulting experience included
- Experience delivering complex solutions for multi-national clients
- Experience working with concepts, practices, and procedures in areas of responsibilities
- Experience working with management implications of various forms of financial data
Other Qualifications:- Strong communication skills needed to interface with high-level customer representatives
- Strong strategic management and planning skills
- Ability to publicly represent company with internal and external clients
- Ability to use own judgment and take initiative in problem resolution
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel
- Ability to lead and work in a team environment
- Ability to understand and identify with client business and business conditions
- Willingness to travel
