My client is a leading Technology company head quartered in Europe. Due to expansion, they are looking for a C&B Head for their Asia region, based in Hong Kong.



Reporting to the HRVP, you will be responsible for driving different reward and benefits strategy across Asia. Your role will also oversee HR operations and reporting.



To be an ideal candidate for the role, you will need at least 10+ years of C&B experience within MNC. (Regional experience is a must) You will also need strong communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders.
