One of my clients is looking to hire an experienced Business Process Change Analyst to work within their Front Office Investment Team.



If you’ve ever wanted to be part of a newly established team and help it grow and develop this is the opportunity to do that. The business has recognised that change needs to managed effectively and efficiently by dedicated Business Change Analysts so have created this team along side the Front and Middle Office Investment teams.



They are currently going through a considerable amount of change so there will be many projects to get involved in. They are currently reviewing their investment offerings and evaluating business operating models, looking at workflow tools such as share point and how they are going to become a truly global business operating on a global scale rather than locally. As the Business Process Change Analyst there will be the opportunity to identify their strengths, weaknesses, potential efficiencies and value add functions that can be improved across the business in order to design target operating models which support the strategic vision of the business.



They are ideally looking for someone with the following skills:



• Investment Management (Buy Side) across Front Office and Middle Office Investment teams

• Key asset class understanding including Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives

• Business Process Re-engineering

• Business Change



Salaries range between £75,000 and £90,000 for the right person and there are multiple opportunities to get involved in.
