Job Summary



The Senior Analyst is responsible to implement compensation and benefits processes in APAC Total Rewards team in AEE HR. This position is expected to support several processes, e.g. mid-year & annual compensation review, ad-hoc salary adjustment, ad-hoc bonus, Hot skill premium, OT bonus, leave management, etc. for APAC geographies.



Key Responsibilities



The Senior Analyst will be responsible for managing the execution of a range of processes to provide personnel administration support in accordance with the following AEE DL HR service lines:


  • mid-year & annual compensation review administration



  • ad-hoc bonus & salary adjustment administration



  • Other benefits administration



  • Leave management administration



  • Support team lead on team management






Systems / Standards


  • Maximize the effectiveness of the HR function by using systems and procedures that ensure compliance with Accenture standards






Customer Services


  • Ensure the Total Rewards team provides consistent advice on relevant HR policies and by providing access to personnel information as required



  • Ensure that the Total Rewards Team respond to all employee enquiries in a timely and effective manner



  • Ensure that any outstanding issues / enquiries are escalated as appropriate



  • Resolve outstanding issues / enquiries or escalate further, if necessary






Teamwork


  • Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork within the HR Service Centre by providing assistance to team leads or other team members in busy periods






Auditing


  • Ensure the accuracy of employee information by regularly conducting audits as appropriate to each service line






Qualification :



Qualifications


  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent with preference for concentration in Human Resources or Compensation and Benefits



  • Minimum 3+ years, with strong experience in human resources






Knowledge and Skill Requirements


  • Some knowledge of HR KPI design and implementation



  • Good organizational skills



  • Flexibility and team management skills



  • Some knowledge of country labor laws



  • Career Management /Performance Management



  • Ability to effectively interface with multiple geographies and cultures



  • Issue identification, escalation and resolution



  • Demonstrated ability to set and meet objectives
