- Assist the ASC by merchandising and performing daily shop operations, ensuring all Apple fixtures are up to date and maintained according to Apple’s standards - Assist the ASC with activities that help drive sales performance - Evangelize Apple’s value and competitive advantage by delivering product demonstrations to customers - Assist in exploring customer inquiries, provide proper solutions to customers, focusing on iOS software and hardware products - Provide the best customer experience and professional support for customers’ requests
