Bayer has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, talented individual to join our high performing Communications team as a Web Content Coordinator. This position is one that is constantly adapting to meet the business environment in which we work and the successful candidate will need to be able to adapt, learn quickly and thrive in a busy environment. This position will be expected to be the on-line solutions expert, within the team – creating and managing content for our many in internal and external stakeholders.
Our successful candidate will have an excellent customer focused approach and a ‘can do’ attitude. They will be able to multitask, communicate transparently and have exceptional written communication skills. Most of all they will be an action oriented, proactive team player.
Reporting to the Brand and Communications Manager, in this role you will be responsible for:
- Managing all aspects of the corporate website, intranet and social sites
- Being the Content Management Systems (CMS) expert across internal and external platforms
- Development and publication of content across channels
- Education of internal Bayer team to build capability in content and publishing processes
- Project assignments including events that support broader Corporate Communication strategies throughout ANZ
