- Develop and implement a strategic sales and marketing plan for existing and future products. The plan will include a knowledge management system identifying market trends, competitor profiling, and new market opportunities through identify customer needs
- Optimize financial performance and profitability of the business e.g. inventory optimization, targeted Publicity and Information Cost investment
- Ensure compliance in all work aspects
- Building effective working relationships – e.g. maintenance of mutually beneficial relationships with business partners (internal and external), key opinion leaders and relevant industry bodies and professional associations
- Contribute to Management Team decisions and implement relevant outcomes
- Provide marketing services and support to sales team
- Be responsible for talent management and development, staff leadership and mentoring
- Ensure sales and marketing support also for Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore, work together with local teams to achieve the business unit objectives
- Ensure smooth support and export in other countries and exchange the best practices
