A well established and well regarded service provider in North Sydney is currently looking for a motivated and positive Collections / Credit Control Officer to join their team. This company is a customer driven organisation who aim to deliver consistent and reliable service to their clients all across Australia.



Working closely with both the Credit Manager and the Sales Team you will manage your own ledger, ensuring the collection of debt and reduction of DSO. In this role you will make a high volume of collection calls on a daily basis as well as respond to emails and queries from customers. In addition you will process credit card payments, reconcile accounts and report on account status to the Credit Manager.



To be successful in this role you will be motivated, have a positive, hard working attitude and solid Collections experience. You will be a good team player, willing to help your fellow team mates when needed, as well as being able to build and maintain strong relationships with Sales staff.
