Our client have over 5,000 employees, and more than 10 years of experience specializing in manufacturing process engineering. The company is located in Shenzhen, with large manufacture production line. They focus on manufacturing the mechanical and accessory part for the consumer electronics products.

As the business is growing exponentially, an opportunity has arisen for a skilful Process Engineering Manager.

You will support a whole project, in charge of establishing a strong Engineering Team. Processing layout design and modification to meet the deadlines and driving a culture of continuous improvement. You can use project resources on the Data analysis, then support PM in NPI management and cooperate closely with other function crews to conduct kaizen for a stable output of yield.

To excel this role, you should have at least 5 years experience in Process Engineering Management, and with strong lean production knowledge and deployment experiences and strong data analysis ability. You will be someone who likes to take action and strategic thinking. English is a basic requirement, and trouble shooting skill is also important, both with good community skills.
