This well known global retailer is part of a larger group that includes a number of high end luxury brands. With a key vacancy now available in WA's largest store south of the river, they urgently require an experienced Assistant Store Manager on a full or part time basis.

As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll be working in WA's largest store supporting the manager on a full time or part time basis. You'll be responsible for assisting with monthly reporting, profit and loss, stock take and general managerial duties. Though not directly responsible for a team, there will be times where you may have to step in for the Store Manager and give assistance with performance management or hiring of new employees. Most crucially, you'll be responsible for your own sales as well as motivating and encouraging other employees to achieve their own and the stores sales targets.

In order to succeed in this role you'll demonstrate an outgoing and approachable personality as well as excellent customer service skills. You must have prior experience in an Assistant Store manager role in fashion retail, demonstrating all the skills required to support the running of the store and an excellent record of closing sales. Ideally you'll have worked within accessories sales and/or for a high end fashion brand. Having the right attitude, a passion for fashion and being able to work with and on occasion lead a team will ensure you're successful in this role and have a strong future with the company.
